The international Communist League extends its most heartfelt greeting to the Communist Party of India (Maoist) on the 20th anniversary of its foundation, unites to the celebration of this anniversary called by the CPI (Maoist), and extends the call to all the International Communist Movement to make this a celebration of the International Proletariat.
We greet the Communist Party of India (Maoist), its General Secretary Comrade Gaganna, its Central Committee, the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army, the new revolutionary people’s power organs, the democratic and revolutionary movement and mass organization, the proletariat and all the exploited and oppressed masses and peoples who are waging a heroic struggle under the Party’s leadership. We bow our heads to pay tribute to all the comrades that have given up their lives to the Party and the Revolution in the last two decades since the foundation of the Party. Comrade Shamsher Singh Sheri, Comrade Sushil Roy, Comrade Azad, Comrade Koteswarlu, Comrade Ramakrishna, Comrade Haragopal, Comrade Anuradha Ghandy, along with the 5,249 comrades that lay down their lives in the midst People’s War in India have been immortalized in the ranks of the heroes of the proletariat and the oppressed people.
On the 21 of September of 2004, the unification of the CPI(ML)[PW] and MCCI gave birth to the communist Party of India (Maoist) under the Leadership of Comrade Ganapathy. The Indian comrades struggled in the midst of armed struggle to unite all genuine communist in one Party following one of the tasks layed down by the founding leaders and teachers of the Party, Comrade Charu Mazumdar and Comrade Kanhai Chatterjee. This glorious Party was founded based on the defense of MarxismLeninism-Maoism and its application in the country with a wide and rich experience of leading armed struggle in the three preceding decades. The founding of the unified Party meant a turning point in the leadership of the New Democratic Revolution in India as part of the World Proletarian Revolution.
This unified Party further consolidated in the Historic Unity Congress- The Ninth Congress in 2007 and with the establishment of the unified guiding ideological and political bases for the New Democratic Revolution in India and its interrupted path until communism, through Socialist Revolution and Cultural Proletarian Revolutions. The founded Communist Party of India (Maoist) wedged unbending struggle against revisionism, in the international level upholding the defense of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism against the revisionism and capitulation of the Prachanda-Bhattarai and against the revisionism of Avakian. The Party wedged, among other important struggles against right and “left” deviations, struggle against Trotskyite revisionists that pretended to deny the semi-feudal character of Indian society with the pretension of capitulating to the agrarian armed struggle. This glorious Party, leading the Liberation Guerrilla People’s Army PLGA and the United front, has achieved to defeat the brutal campaigns encirclement and annihilation of the reaction, maintaining upright the flag of the Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and People’s War.
Today, for the communist in the world The Communist Party of India (Maoist) represents three great red flags that separate the wheat from the tare in the International Communist Movement. 1. The defense of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism against revisionism. 2. The path of the People’s War against the path of the peace accords, the conciliation and capitulation. 3. The flag of the New democratic Revolution, the Peasantry as the base of the anti-imperialist struggle, against those that deny the semi-feudal character of the countries oppressed by imperialism.
As International Proletariat we are called to celebrate the foundation of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) committing and doubling the efforts to fulfill our internationalist duties and our duties in the revolution in our countries for and as part of the World Proletarian Revolution.
Let’s celebrate the foundation of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) by increasing the campaign in support of the People’s War in India, as well as the other ongoing People’s Wars in Peru, Turkey and the Philippines. In particular in the current moment, the Communist Party of India (Maoist) is making a call to all its ranks to assume the challenges faced by the revolutionary movement in India with the campaign of encirclement and elimination by the operation Kagaar and to defend and consolidate the three instruments of the revolution to overcome the temporary setbacks. The Intentional communist Movement must give support to the Party and the revolutionary movement and put even more effort in the campaign of defense and solidarity with the People’s War in India, with the Party and with the democratic and revolutionary movement in India lead by it.
Let’s celebrate the foundation of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) by making greater efforts to unite the International Communist Movement based on Marxism-leninism-maoism. The Communist party of India (maoist) on its foundation resolution in 2004 declared: "The Unified Party will continue to hold high the banner of proletarian internationalism and will continue to contribute more forcefully in uniting the genuine Maoist forces at the international level. In addition to that it will also establish unity with the oppressed people and nations of the whole world and continue to fight with them in advancing the world proletarian revolution against imperialism and their lackeys, thereby paving the way towards realizing socialism and then Communism on a world scale." We express our full commitment to seek unity with the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and to join all efforts to unite all the genuine communist in the world under marxism-leninism-maoism, through the development of two-line-struggle and the development of revolution in each country as part of and at the service of World Proletarian Revolution.
Let’s celebrate the foundation of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) by developing the revolution in our own countries, founding or reconstituting Communist Parties to lead the New Democratic Revolutions and Socialist Revolutions in the path of to the golden communism. The People War in India, lead by the glorious Communist Party of India (maoist) is a reference point for the proletariat and oppressed nations and peoples of the world. The celebration of the anniversary of the Party would be empty words if we don’t renew our commitment applying marxism-leninism-maoism in our countries to prepare more revolutionary wars, for the conquest of the political power.
