On this occasion we express a class greeting to the Peruvian people, who have been fighting tirelessly day by day against the big bourgeoisie and imperialists and mainly against the Yankees who live off the hunger, misery, and exploitation of our people and the plundering of the mineral resources of our country, in addition to the expropriation of the lands of the peasantry, especially in the Central Jungle.
Today a sinister offensive of massacres, disappearances and genocides is unleashed worldwide against the oppressed nations (Latin America, Asia, and Africa) and peoples of the entire existing world; the main contradiction in the world is expressed between oppressed nations against imperialism, which is reflected in the global imperialist war of aggression in collusion and struggle with other imperialist superpowers and powers (USA and allies vs. Russia and allies) for a new distribution of the world and this is covered up with its “global war against terrorism,” a war of rapine headed by the Yankee gendarme in the midst of a deep global crisis: economic, financial, political, cultural, military, etc. Part of this can be seen in the Middle East between Palestine and Israel, which are simply the hobby horses of Russia and the U.S. Similarly in Latin America, where there is a greater presence of U.S. troops and destabilization of pro-Russian governments (Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Brazil). These imperialists are sinking in the midst of their general crisis, vainly pretending to sweep the international proletariat and peoples from the face of the earth, they dream of imposing with blood and fire their domination, their expansion and world slave plan; crashing and bending in terror with the fierce resistance, national liberation struggles and survival of different magnitude and ascent showing clearly that it is a paper trigre, and in the crucible of the class struggle they form and organize the new society of the proletariat and its vanguard who will bury it definitively.
Our country is part of the imperialist booty for a new distribution, all this is breaking up and fracturing its rotten representative democracy. They aim to develop as an open fascist, genocidal, and homeland-selling dictatorship. A sector of the bourgeoisie, the comprador bourgeoisie of fascist tendency represented by the APRA2 and Fujimorism aims at this by seeking immunity and impunity for their crimes, genocides, and business dealings; which fuels their struggle with the government of the Yankee Kuczynski and his allies. In this case we see the brazen corruption recently aired and uncovered (Odebrecht), almost no official of this outdated system is saved from it, since this comes from Fujimori’s dictatorship to the present.
The Peruvian economy is in the process of decomposition and collapse, not even Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, being a Yankee economist, will be able to avoid the rising cost of living as many so-called “leftists,” opportunists and new revisionists believed. opportunists and new revisionists believed. As part of this we see the increase in fares, staple foods, toll hikes (Puente Piedra, La Molina, and Huaral struggles), every three months we have increases in staples and fuel “paquetazos” and we do not realize why the cost of living is increasing, hitting the basic family basket and falling on the shoulders of the poorest.
The situation of the country is not only there, since our natural resources are being plundered on a daily basis, causing damage to agriculture, peasant livestock and fishing in Peru. Today, more than ever, we must raise the popular protests tirelessly and organize ourselves so that the rights of our beloved people are not trampled upon, because from the rulers we can expect nothing good but indifference and oppression, they appear like a lion before the people but like a mouse before imperialism and its financial power groups (CONFIEP). Struggles of different magnitude have reached their development with the mobilization and rejection of the system in Huaycán, Raucana, Andahuaylas, Huancavelica, Huánuco, etc. We call on the people to join the struggle and raise greater bellicosity and become a great organized force, we are in solidarity with the protests and struggles of the miners, nurses and doctors, with the masses of the slums for their struggle against organized crime, with the struggle of teachers and students, with the struggle of the coffee growers of the Central Jungle, etc.
