…revisionism is an agent of the bourgeoisie in the ranks of the proletariat, and so it provokes splits… it divides the trade union movement, and it breaks up and divides the people’s movement.

Revisionism obviously is a cancer, a cancer that has to be ruthlessly eliminated.

…Revisionism has already lost out, it’s only a matter of time. The problem is already defined, the rubbish has begun to be swept away, burned away… The process of their demise began years ago. And if we go back further, to the beginnings, the ball game was lost when they became revisionists, when they abandoned their principles — at that point.³

The current political situation is framed by the general worldwide crisis of imperialism, this crisis is unloaded on the men of the third world countries and sharpens the fundamental contradictions of the time in the world, the crisis deepens and the masses rise up, the peoples are organized, the main and historical trend is shown in greater organization and joint struggles to a qualitative leap in different places to struggles of resistance and national liberation, a clear example is the struggle developed in Germany against the G-20. It was organized and planned by different Maoist, progressive, and trade union organizations from different countries, which opposed in full summit with marches, strong protests, and confrontations, even battles against the reactionary forces repudiating what the imperialists and mainly the Yankees agreed, the greatest exploitation, looting and domination of the oppressed nations, which Merkel’s Germany repressed with all its savage hyena hatred to a large crowd that acted well disciplined and were defending their rights and independence.

The inter-imperialist contradictions (collusion and struggle) are intensifying and mainly the contradictions of the oppressed nations against Yankee imperialism, this being the main contradiction in the world, the U.S. rotten colossus with feet of clay that launches itself ferociously, unleashes massacres and aggressions against the peoples of the world sinking in the midst of the genocide they commit, crashing against the unbending mettle of India, Turkey, Philippines, Middle East, Syria, North Korea, Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and even Nepal, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru resist against the invasion, plunder, and hunger, demonstrating that they have their organized vanguard that defends them, that these executioners will pay for all their crimes, with the incessant and transforming hands of the masses towards their true freedom.

At the national level, the Peruvian State is in economic, political, and social crisis in addition to the ideological, cultural, and even health crisis, expressing its decomposition and collapse, thus we see struggles and acute contradiction in its bosom as in its homeland-selling government, in its bourgeois parliament, and the judiciary. Fueled by the popular struggle, Pedro Pablo Kuczynski governs in the shadow of the comprador faction since they have a large majority of opposition of fascist tendency (popular force) that meet in secret, dictate laws for their benefit and subjected to the U.S. In his speech on the 28th, he has dealt very little or nothing about social demands and the problems of the people, so much so that he has evaluated himself and lies to us with a self-criticism of his government, which is dressed in pink. He has mentioned reform and modification of the National Council of the Magistracy, he will adjust his judiciary, which will be a fascist and corporate management by the Executive and members of the parliamentary circus to cover up their atrocities and impunity of all the murderers of the people, persecuting those who go out to fight for their labor rights, when it is only servile to their masters through the WB,⁴ IMF,⁵ and IDB,⁶ which are instruments of subjugation and oppression of our country; the 6 supreme judges have already asked the president of the judiciary Duberlí Rodríguez (a fascist who acted in the shadow of APRA-Fujimorism) to summon all the supreme magistrates to discuss the government’s proposal to change the National Council of the Magistracy.

The class struggle in the country has intensified, it has become generalized throughout the country: we see the National Medical Strike since July 4, even the Nurses union at the level of all Peru had started their struggle at the end of June, defending the right to better working conditions, better salaries and implements of medical equipment to attend patients and defended their night guard shifts and food subsidy; On the other hand, the Peruvian Medical Federation started their struggle with many hospitals paralyzed nationwide for infrastructure improvements, supply of medicines, supplies and medical equipment, denounced that Zika is not a psychosocial disease and showed that a large part of the population in the North and jungle of the country have suffered and died from this disease and dengue, in addition to requesting a larger budget for the health sector and the SIS,⁷ they demanded rejection of the privatization of health services and salary improvements. The miners of Peru have mobilized, making a gigantic march together with the Doctors and Teachers with the working class have shaken the political, economic, military and religious power itself, reaching the capital Lima before Pedro Pablo Kuczynski’s speech on the 28th, the struggle of the coffee growers of the Central Jungle have continued persistent and embraces good perspective and for the defense of their lands together with the farmers but no one has touched the issue nor the regional governments, wanting to cover up their voices which are heard and joined by different unions and the people in general.

To this we add the struggle of the Teachers in Indefinite National Strike (HNI), today more than 21 regions of jungle, highlands and coast with powerful river Jordans of struggle, from mobilizations, going down to schools raising awareness to the Teachers for the HNI, burning tires to taking of squares, taking of airports and taking of main roads, etc.. waving their banners and platform of struggle, being more forceful in Huancavelica, Junín, Cuzco, Puno, Ayacucho, Madre de Dios, Ancash, Arequipa, Apurímac, Barranca, Cañete, etc. The teachers of Lima are complying with the clamor of the rank and file and making this struggle respected by unmasking the traitors of the CEN-Patria Roja,⁸ MOVADEF, etc. In the face of the onslaught of the class-conscious and militant line, the government of the Yankee Pedro Pablo Kuczynski is calling on the teachers to go to their classrooms on August 7 or else they will be fired, discrediting the teachers and using blackmail to fire or repress their struggle, which has outraged the entire national teaching profession, More regions of the country, all of Lima and Callao, have joined in these days with gigantic mobilizations with parents, students, defense fronts and people in general, agreeing to greater exploits in defense of education, as a regional leader said in 2015 and today is part of the Committee of Struggle in the HNI:

The strike experience of 2012 clearly shows us that it is not possible to stop the onslaught of the fascist policy designed and elaborated by imperialism and executed by the Peruvian State and the governments in office, such as the implementation of the teachers” reform law 299944 with a divided and fractioned teachers” union, with different platforms and dates, but to develop a joint struggle, with a single platform and program of struggle, which does not mean that we should unite with the usurping scab of the CEN-Patria Roja of SUTEP,⁹ because it is clear that they raise the platform of struggle of imperialism, the Peruvian State and of all the reactionaries. It is with this objective and not for any other purpose, that we have been participating in different coordination and work meetings with other forces of the national teachers” union, raising as the only agenda the HNI, the only platform of struggle and the only date for the beginning of the National Strike…

These sincere and consistent words come to be the contribution to the teaching profession and therefore the achievement and progress today of the HNI, not of liquidationist or anarchist groups, nor of puerile ideas, heads of amphorae that is being unmasked in the crucible of the struggle, firm and disciplined union movement guided by the class-conscious line, for these reasons that parents, students and Peruvian people should be in solidarity and support this struggle that is also ours, we reaffirm ourselves in some points of the platform of struggle: Against the political evaluations of massive layoffs! Stop the privatization of Education, through rationalization and concessions to Public-Private Partnerships! For the full payment of the 30% and other unfulfilled! For a general increase of Pensions, Bonuses and Remunerations for appointed, hired, dismissed and retired workers according to the cost of living! For the defense of free Public Education and rejection of its privatization! Repeal of Law 299944 and its amendment, Law 30328 of the teaching service, respect and full validity of the rights conquered with the Law of the Teaching Staff and its amendment! To unmask and fight against imperialism, mainly American imperialism, the main enemy of the oppressed nations and peoples of the world and its war plan, class solidarity with the anti-imperialist struggles of national liberation and demands that are being waged in different parts of the world! Unmask and crush contemporary opportunism and revisionism infiltrated in the popular movement! No to the payment of the parasitic foreign debt!

The Yankee PPK plays at dialogue and blackmail, he uses new and old revisionists, decrepid crocks, against our people to stop the struggles. With nerve and confidence he says that he has no budget since it has been allocated to the phenomenon of the “coastal child,” i.e. “reconstruction with changes.” In Piura-Catacaos they blocked the roads. There was a stoppage together with the transporters and the regional government so that they start the works that hinder the roads and do not do the pending works, he lies and surprises the teachers. Now they have raised gasoline, monopolizing the market and in other countries oil is cheaper, the rates of drinking water and electricity are increased this month, the prices of basic necessities increased and they say they are betting on agriculture “that they have to preserve and protect the forests,” the Ministry of Agriculture “will implement dairy plants,” that “will push the agricultural production” especially in the small producers. They just realize that the peasantry is the support and they have forgotten them, everything will be a promise or a salute to the flag which is what they always do and if not the countryside will rise which will polarize the country even more; the frost in the country is deadly, close to 37,000 affected in Huancavelica by the cold that are located more than 3,500 meters above sea level, also affected 50,206 animals, is the Center of National Emergency Operations report and not to mention the other places in Puno, Ancash, Cuzco, Huanuco, etc. What can we expect if they live off our wealth, there is power in few hands, there are corporate elites, they manage the media at will and businessmen through CONFIEP¹⁰ dominate and appoint ministers especially the Minister of Economy and Finance, they have enormous influence in the State, they will never defend us, but exploit, and stop if you go out to the streets to demand your rights and to enjoy a dignified life.

Peruvian people join the struggle and organize to defend your true rights, for a new just and true society where there is happiness and no lack of bread.
