Brief Note of the PCP¹ to the MPP (CR)^{2 3}

We are filled with revolutionary optimism and overflowing joy at the great triumph represented by the activities and celebration event held in Europe by the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist parties and organizations of that Continent. It is wonderful that everyone at such a grand event has taken an international political leap forward and that progress is being made in uniting revolutionary forces around Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism with the contributions of universal character of Chairman Gonzalo, Gonzalo Thought, around the position of the left and the red line. This is a great leap forward and will have a positive impact in Peru and abroad. Thus, we see how the Maoists of Europe, together with those of Latin America and serving with international support for the people’s war in India, relying on its victorious development, are advancing in uniting revolutionary and Maoist forces, which we consider a triumph for Chairman Gonzalo and the PCP.

We salute and are filled with optimism by the very good actions and celebration from November 7 to 13 in India organized by the CPI(M).⁴ And to the cc.⁵ of Ecuador, salutations from the Party here and to all those who struggle in the world to place Maoism as command and guide of the world proletarian revolution, and to You, comrades of the MPP (CR), we send you warm communist salutations and wish you continued SUCCESS IN YOUR WORK. To all the participants and those who showed solidarity with this event, it is a great advance in these times of attacks by the new revisionism and the general counterrevolutionary offensive of imperialism, principally Yankee, and all that bunch of imbeciles who defend this rotten system that is sinking and falling apart, where we will be their gravediggers towards our final goal, the ever-golden Communism.
