In conclusion, the lack of credibility, the disorder, the chaos, besides the rampant corruption and the most shameless cynicism, corrode the bureaucratic-landowning State, for whose government all of them compete so frivolously and cheerfully, with verbal skirmishes and perhaps one confrontation or two, a few demagogues who poorly conceal their interests and greed…”²

The Communist Party of Peru, under our undefeated and all-powerful ideology, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo Thought, we reaffirm once again, in defending the life and health of Chairman Gonzalo, closing ranks for the left of the party that tirelessly struggles for the general reorganization of the party.

We salute the international proletariat and peoples of the world, the proletariat and people of Peru, especially the poor peasantry, mainly.

We salute the popular masses, because the masses make history, the masses make the people’s war, masses that, from the steely force of their fighting blood, luminous inextinguishable light, have generated the people’s war, have generated the leaders, cadres and militants of the party, combatants of the people’s army of liberation, thousands and thousands of sons and daughters of the people, who fight and will fight to transform this old and outdated Peruvian society from its foundations, sons and daughters of the people who with their demolishing language of arms will build, sooner rather than later, overcoming the bend, the new society for the oppressed and exploited.

We salute the proletariat, the people and the masses that with their hunger and their blood, in the heat of the people’s war, are exalted until they are transfigured into a burning flame of the unfading light of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, true and all-powerful ideology of the international proletariat, because, with its action, it sustains and drives the struggle against the general counterrevolutionary offensive and also allows to confront the unbridled and sinister campaign in collusion and struggle with the revisionists, which imperialism develops against Marxism.

Synthesis:

The validity of the people’s war, military theory of the proletariat, serves to fight against imperialism, revisionism and world reaction, to develop the world proletarian revolution, to put Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, as command and guide of the proletariat and the peoples of the world.

We salute the proletariat and the people, the masses, because from their indefatigable and strong hands, the three instruments of the revolution have arisen, because their rebellious, unbending spirit and their inexhaustible wisdom nourish the Communist Party of Peru, the organized vanguard of the proletariat, under the leadership of Chairman Gonzalo, leadership and guarantee of the Peruvian revolution, axis of all revolutionary construction, sustained in Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo thought, because his will, daily endorsed and of his irreducible heroism, beats in the People’s Liberation Army, beats in the People’s Liberation Army, army of a new type, combatant, opposed in its essence and form to the reactionary and genocidal armed forces, army that, under the leadership of the party, fulfills the political tasks of the revolution, backbone of the new State and serves the people, because its great transforming capacity and its powerful construction force, generates, sustains and develops the new Power, the joint dictatorship, based on the worker-peasant alliance, led by the proletariat through the party. The new State that for years flourishing more thriving the popular committees, bases of support with great defiant brightness in the very heart of the people. Beacon that illuminates our only and just road, the people’s war that very soon, will raise in its highest summit, the red flag with the hammer and sickle.

We salute the proletariat, the people, the masses on the 38TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PEOPLE’S WAR. That without their immeasurable support there would be no validity endorsed of the invincible people’s war, that without their shared bread, without their unfaltering costly effort, without their own precious blood, the people’s war would not be as it is, without its sustenance, it would not be as it is, irrefutable testimony of the invincibility of the people’s war, irrefutable proof of the unfading truth of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, that without its growing support, the people’s war in Peru would not be as it is, a bonfire of hope that extends beyond our borders, in perspective, a key victory for the world proletarian revolution, it drives the constitution and reconstitution of communist parties in the world, that without the proletariat, the people and the mainly poor peasantry, without creatively shaping the great leap and incorporation of the masses to the people’s war, power will not be conquered in the entire country.

For all of the above:

Always starting from the fact that the masses make history, that the masses make the people’s war, the main historical and political perspective and tendency is the revolution, party of the oppressed, optimism of the class, our beautiful sentence, today as yesterday, continuation of the class struggle with weapons in hand.

The Communist Party of Peru, salutes the proletariat, the people and the masses, and CALLS on them to serve with commitment to, with their own hands, through the people’s war and led by the party, build the conquest of power in the entire country and forge the People’s Republic of Peru. CALLS UPON the cadres and militants, combatants and masses to be part, hinge of the general reorganization of the party.

The sinister sentence of life imprisonment, against our leadership, Chairman Gonzalo, continuator of Marx, Lenin and Chairman Mao Tse Tung, will not stop or stifle the revolution, they are hyena dreams of this old and outdated order, We tell you:

Long live Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism!
