MESSAGE FROM THE PCP ADDRESSED TO THE MPP (CR)¹ ON THE OCCASION OF MAY 1ST, INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE PROLETARIAT²

Proletarians of all countries, unite!

We salute the international proletariat, which is armed with our all-powerful ideology, because it is true, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, and the peoples of the world on the occasion of this 1st of May.

We do it full of joy and revolutionary optimism to note that our class throughout the world fulfills its historical role fighting to embody what was established 170 years ago in the Manifesto of the Communist Party, in the midst of the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of our founder Karl Marx, and does so through the evolutionary violence that today is people’s war. We salute the people’s wars that are developing in Peru, in India and in other countries, people’s wars led by their Communist Parties, to culminate the democratic revolution, then continue with the socialist revolution and with successive cultural revolutions, always with people’s war to enter all together to communism.

We salute the new people’s wars to come: The class all over the world is struggling to constitute or reconstitute its Communist Parties to initiate the people’s war or, as the case may be, to transform the armed struggles developed by the oppressed peoples against the imperialist war of aggression into people’s wars led by their Communist Parties.

We salute the new great wave of the world revolution and the oppressed nations, base of the world revolution, where the main historical and political contradiction is expressed today in the world, that is, that existing between the oppressed nations of the Third World, on the one hand, and the imperialist superpowers and powers, on the other. Being Yankee imperialism in its condition of sole hegemonic superpower (the fat dog) the main enemy of the peoples of the world, which in collusion and struggle with the Russian atomic superpower (the skinny dog) and the other powers such as France, England, Germany, Japan, China, etc., develops its wars of aggression against the oppressed nations.

The whole process of the international proletariat, in the stage of the strategic offensive of the world revolution and the sweeping away of imperialism from the face of the earth in its struggle to put an end to all existing exploitation and oppression, currently leads the Maoist Parties and Organizations of the World to strive to unite in a new international organization, which is a step forward in the march for the new communist international, under our slogan: Proletarians of all countries, unite!, to respond to the needs of the world revolution and march all together towards our common goal: the ever golden communism.

Class salutations to all those who work for Maoism to impose itself as the only command and guide of the world revolution and that this time brings us together and fortifies us for the date of the Red and Combative 1st of May, even more, in the coming dates and the main one of them next May 17 (ILA 80)³ and the great international celebration of the 200th Anniversary of the Great Karl Marx.

We reaffirm ourselves in the Defense of Chairman Gonzalo and his all-powerful Thought with people’s war, in the indestructible and undefeated atomic bomb, our all-powerful weapon, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo Thought and in the heroic combatant who leads our cause, the war machine, the PCP.⁴ WE ASSUME WITH CHALLENGE TO DEATH and delivering in arduous struggle what we have learned in these years of rich experience of more than 38 years of positive and negative lessons, great lessons of the proletariat, the ruling class. We have learned with blood to give our lives for the Party and the Revolution and we will continue to give it, now more than ever, to overcome the bend and its brilliant culmination of the General Reorganization of the Party. Greetings to all of you in this struggle and in temperance, which is where the soul is tested as Chairman Gonzalo teaches, salutations to the comrades of Europe and principally to those of Latin America.
