They wanted and still want to extinguish it, and not only that, to scatter ashes in the wind, they, who were comrades on the road and peacemakers.

Visceral hatred from yesterday’s outdated figures, once again bankrupt.

The flame of the intense fire, comrades, has never been extinguished.

The incandescent sun, its example, still shines, an unfading light that also imposes itself with a great roar in the ears of the people. It is a constant hammering of voices and raised fists.

Foolish are those who refuse to listen. Can’t they see that drums of war are sounding everywhere? It’s no longer just here, but even worse for those who hear it and stray onto another path.

The spark that ignited on May 17 beats rapidly in the countryside, in the potatoes, in the fruits, in the tunnels, in the rivers. It beats even stronger in every corner of the countryside, echoing like a sound box in the city. It is a palpitation in its children, even more so because of the new and higher ascent.

And to the class that demands its vanguard, its guide, and in the role of its best children who walk with its light, raising the banners of Maoism and Gonzalo Thought, contributions of universal validity before the eyes of the world (…),

Comrades, the masses demand, insist, want, need, and call for people’s war until communism, and we cannot be deaf and blind to it.

For those who have departed and those who are yet to come.

It is a crime to extinguish the light and the fire.

It is our duty to fan it.
