PRONOUNCEMENT

-AGAINST THE YANKEE IMPERIALIST WAR OF AGGRESSION AGAINST VENEZUELA-¹

Yankees out of Venezuela and Latin America!

The genocidal Trump government has ordered a US attack on Venezuela early this morning, January 3, 2026. And international newspapers report:

“The US captures Maduro and will try him for narcoterrorism.

Trump says he is now deciding the future of Venezuela after Maduro’s fall | The Venezuelan leader and his wife are on a military ship and will be taken to New York to stand trial for drug and arms trafficking,”

The above clearly shows that Yankee imperialism, headed by the Trump government, has moved on to the second phase of its military campaign in its war of aggression against Venezuela, carried out within the country as a “special operation”, which demands a new statement on our part.

We begin by taking a stand for the people of Venezuela and Latin America, who are part of the immense mass of oppressed nations, nations in formation, which are the basis of the world proletarian revolution.

We condemn, reject, and mark in the strongest terms the direct intervention of Yankee imperialism through its war of aggression against Venezuela, as part of its aggression against all our countries, thus moving from threats and political and economic measures, etc., to the use of its military force against an oppressed (semicolonial) nation in its capacity as the sole hegemonic imperialist superpower, world counterrevolutionary gendarme, and principal enemy of the peoples of the world.

Yankee imperialism is resorting to this new war of aggression to implement its political, economic, and military plans in what it calls the “Western Hemisphere”, see its New National Security Strategy. Thus, in implementing its plans in Latin America, “its backyard” and strategic base for world domination, it is currently focusing on the government of President Maduro of Venezuela, arguing as “casus belli” the untenable accusation of a “national terrorist” government, thereby seeking to justify its aggression contrary to all norms of international law and its own Constitution and domestic laws.

We express the need to wipe Yankee imperialism and other imperialists and all world reaction from the face of the earth through people’s war,

The proletariat of Venezuela has a great opportunity to reconstitute its CP,² as it is a necessity. The proletariat of this country, represented by its vanguard, must strive to lead the armed struggle to oppose the military intervention of Yankee imperialism and denounce, combat, and ward off the tendency toward capitulation and national betrayal by the representatives and parties of the big bourgeoisie (of both factions) and the landowners.

Maoist revolutionaries in Venezuela must take the lead in the armed struggle of the masses and strive to direct it against imperialism, semifeudalism, and bureaucratic capitalism. In the midst of this struggle, they must build or rebuild their party in order to transform this armed struggle into a people’s war to make the revolution. The proletariat, represented by its CP, must initiate and develop the people’s war to make the new democratic revolution.

Yankee imperialism is going through a serious crisis as an expression of its own collapse and sweep, which is why it is also clear that it intends to take advantage of the situation in Venezuela to bring order internally and gain positions abroad, which is why they are stirring up the conflict.

The Trump government is a failed government and has midterm elections on the horizon, which is why these measures with a major domestic impact are aimed at winning elections. In addition, they seek to impose a puppet government in Venezuela under the banner of the US Republican Party. In this case, they seek to remove the Maduro government and have governments in other Latin American countries that are more submissive to the demands of the Trump government.

This war of aggression also reflects the collusion and struggle between Yankee imperialism, the sole hegemonic superpower (the big dog), and the atomic superpower Russia (the skinny dog), China, and other powers. In this situation, collusion is the main feature, but struggle underlies and manifests itself. It is instructive to review the statements made by the various foreign ministries of the imperialist countries in this regard.

We uphold the slogan of support for the Venezuelan people, which is good, and we must spread it; this war of imperialist aggression and the kidnapping of President Maduro of Venezuela is a arrogant and shameless aggression against an oppressed country. After World War II, the Yankee imperialists have taken the place of the German, Japanese, and Italian fascists, so we do not rule out military invasion either. Yankee imperialism ravages peoples and acts as a policeman; Yankee imperialism must be called the great counterrevolutionary policeman and principal enemy of the peoples of the world, for that is what it is.

We know very well that, with such powerful and highly sophisticated military equipment, Yankee imperialism has only achieved failures since World War II and is now bogged down in the Greater Middle East. This time, in Venezuela and Latin America, it will suffer even worse defeats, and the flames of revolution on our continent will rise and strengthen the path of the invincible people’s war. The proletariat and the peoples of Latin America, as part of the world revolution, are destined to play an increasingly important role in sweeping away imperialism.

We believe that weapons are not the main thing; the question is what idea arms the arm. Ideology is the weapon of victory, as Lenin taught us, and as Marx taught before him. We therefore have a strict Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, Gonzalo Thought position.

It is right and necessary to support the Venezuelan people, and we must mobilize the masses against the plans of Yankee imperialism, against the imperialist war of aggression against Venezuela, with the slogan “Yankees go home!”
