THE SPEECH BY OUR GREAT LEADERSHIP IS A WEAPON OF COMBAT THAT SHINES VICTORIOUSLY AND POWERFULLY BEFORE THE WORLD

We salute the international proletariat and the peoples of the world, we salute the International Communist League, with exultant joy and revolutionary optimism at the top, on the occasion of fulfilling the 33rd anniversary of the speech of our Great Leadership, Chairman Gonzalo, of September 24, 1992.

Chairman Gonzalo’s speech shines powerfully and victoriously before the world, arming the Party to overcome to overcome the difficult and complex situation of the bend and inflection putting all his strength in tensioning to give a new impulse to the people’s war, crushing revisionism and capitulation

We of the Peru People’s Movement, as an organism generated by the party for international work, defend the interests of the people, the principles of the Party, of the People’s War, we do it and we will continue to do, raising our red flag to the top, which once raised must never be lowered. We take a position for what Chairman Gonzalo taught: “As long as there is a single communist on Earth, everything will be raised again”. Therefore, we take firm position by the current direction of the party, the communists, combatants, and masses, and we hold ourselves freely and unconditionally to the commitment assumed:

“The Communist Party of Peru, holding firmly to our Basis of Party Unity, solid as the purest steel, inexhaustible source of wisdom and indestructible weapon to face the general reorganization of the party and to re-impulse the people’s war

The heroic combatant, the Party, from the inextinguishable bonfire of the people’s war, from the spark and flame of May 17, 1980, from the celebration of the 30th anniversary of our First Congress; calls the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist communist parties and revolutionary organizations, to constitute and reconstitute Maoist communist parties to initiate and develop people’s wars, to do so decisively serves the triumph of the democratic revolution with uninterrupted leap to socialism and with great proletarian cultural revolution to reach the longed for and golden communism. The events that embody the people’s wars initiated and developed and the struggles of national liberation and of the proletariat, people and oppressed nations of the world as in India, Turkey, and the Philippines, armed liberation struggles in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya among other nations (…) confirm that Maoism is being embodied more and more and that the contributions of universal validity of Chairman Gonzalo serve the world revolution. We live in the New Great Wave of the World Proletarian Revolution”²

The Chairman Gonzalo established us: “Our Party was founded to conquer power. It was reconstituted to complete this objective and initiated the armed struggle to follow a road, and this road has taken us to the nearby goal of conquering power countrywide. We have a political strategy that guide us, and it is a complex, intensified, and glorious struggle to finish off the democratic revolution and build the People’s Republic of Peru. All of our work aim towards this goal.”³ From this the Party unalterably maintains the course of the revolution facing the of the complex and difficult problems that it is going through after the arrest of Chairman Gonzalo and the betrayal of the rats of the revisionist and capitulationist right opportunist line (ROL). Those who since then to date, all they do is repair the black vomiting that mistakes from their jaws full of blood of this fascist, genocidal and vendria regime, of Fujimori and its continuators, to the killer Dina, the only thing that they have as a support will be the one to emanate from the sewer of imperialism and the reaction and nothing else.

The Speech is an indispensable weapon to raise, defend and apply the principles of the party and the people’s war against imperialism, reaction and revisionism. It is an indispensable weapon to culminate the general reorganization of the party in and for the people’s war.

The Speech assembles the Maoists of the world in the present situation, Chairman Gonzalo on that occasion establishes us:

“Finally, listen to this. As we see in the world, Maoism is marching relentlessly forward to lead the new wave of the world proletarian revolution. Listen well and understand. Those who have ears, use them. Those who have understanding — and we all have it — use it! Enough nonsense! Enough confusion! Understand this! What is unfolding in the world? What do we need!? We need Maoism to be a living force, and this is happening. We need Maoism to generate Communist Parties to lead this new great wave of the world proletarian revolution that is coming.” (…) “Today there is one reality, the same contenders of World War I and World War II are preparing for a new World War III. We should know this and we, as the sons of an oppressed country, are part of the booty. We cannot consent to this! Enough imperialist exploitation! We must finish with them! We are of the third world and the third world is the base of the world proletarian revolution, with one condition, that the Communist parties brandish and lead! That is what we must do!”

We emphasize the importance of the oppressed nations that are the base of the World Proletarian Revolution and the immediate necessity of generating Maoist Communist Parties that develop People’s War, in order to correspondingly unfold the New Great Wave of the World Revolution and to impose Maoism as the command and guide.
